**WHAT WE NEED?**
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Marketing & Bid Coordinator to work closely and support our General Manager of Sales & Marketing in the pursuit of new business opportunities and the development of our sales and marketing collateral. This job is a great opening for a marketing or communications graduate looking to start their first job or a junior marketing professional looking to take the next decisive step in their career.
**KEW MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**
- Be an integral part of our high achieving national sales team, working on multiple projects including tactical digital campaigns, digital marketing and assisting the sales team with admin support for deal flow
- Assist with managing the Tender Library, ensuring it is up to date and readily available for the Bid Team to access
- Assist with improving CRM data quality and streamlining data cleansing processes
- Refresh templates, staff bios/pictures, and other Challenger content for accuracy and quick access
- Support with digital platforms and social media, including creation, posting, and reporting where required
- Assist with our Digital Transformation Journey
- Copywriting to raise brand awareness
- Content creation and marketing
- Support with various projects like website redesign, photoshoots, company profiles, capability statements, presentation folders, client surveys and more

- Manage property print collateral levels, ensuring efficient stock levels are always available
**KEY BID TEAM RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**
- Work closely and support the Bid Team to prepare tender templates, presentations and other strategic communications for clients
- Assist with coordinating the preparation, collation, formatting and submission of high-quality proposals and tenders
- Support the design and preparation of multiple proposals and expressions of interest to ensure commercially compelling content
- Attend bid meetings, taking minutes and follow up on outstanding items
- Assist in organising post-project marketing material and ensure this is in line with brand guidelines
- Undertake other general administration as required
**QUALIFICATIONS AND CAPABILITIES**
- A relevant Tertiary degree (completed/final year) and existing marketing and/or graphic design experience
- Qualification in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications or Business Administration will be highly regarded
- Well-rounded marketing and graphic design skills and understanding across all channels
- Familiarity with current digital and social media platforms and evolving trends
- Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft office suite
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop will be advantageous, but upskilling workshops/courses will be made available as required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- Excellent time management with the versatility and adaptability to work simultaneously on a variety of projects
- A proactive, can-do attitude towards all tasks
- Previous work experience in marketing related fields will be advantageous - but not essential
