**Who are we looking for?**

We're looking for a **Marketing and Bid Specialist **to join our **South Queensland Bid Pursuit Team **based in **Brisbane **.

Working with the Bid & Pursuit Leader - South Queensland, this diverse position has great variety and will see you:

- Coordinate and support to major proposals, tenders and EOI submissions by providing project management of, and input into, our submissions
- Champion implementation of GHD’s winning work framework and toolkit
- Support best practice approach to pursuits and bids across the region
- Contribute to increasing the win rate for GHD bids

**What you will bring to the team**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing/communications OR at least 3 years previous experience in a similar position in support of bids and tenders
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint,, Excel),
- Demonstrated ability to proactively coordinate multiple projects to tight deadlines
- Excellent writing and proof-reading skills and strong attention to detail.
