**Position Summary**:
The Marketing/Channel Programs Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the execution of marketing events and campaigns across ANZ. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, impactful marketing initiatives. A key focus of the role will be assisting in the coordination of ANZ flagship events, including pre-event planning, onsite support, post-event wrap-up, and associated social media activity. The role also includes overseeing presentation content management to ensure brand consistency and message alignment.

This position will be based in Brisbane, QLD.

**Essential Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to)**:

- Support marketing projects from inception through to completion, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and objectives are met.
- Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of ANZ flagship events, including industry events, Mission Briefing, Roadshow, and community events
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics, including venue coordination, supplier management, run sheets, and branded collateral.
- Provide on-the-ground support during events to ensure a seamless experience for attendees and stakeholders.
- Maintain a central repository of up-to-date presentation materials for use across events, webinars, and partner engagements.
- Coordinate and schedule social media posts before, during, and after key events to drive engagement and visibility.
- Track performance and engagement metrics to inform future campaigns.
- Work closely with the ANZ Sales and Marketing teams to align marketing efforts with regional goals.
- Manage marketing merchandise inventory and distribution for events, campaigns, and team needs.
- Assist with travel coordination for team and event attendees where required.

**Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies**:

- At least 2 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or event execution.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating events and/or marketing campaigns.
- Experience supporting or managing social media for brand or event marketing is a plus.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail with an eye for branding and messaging consistency.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint), and project management tools.
- Experience with virtual event platforms (e.g., CVent) is a plus.
