Join us as Service Coordinator where you will be providing prompt and effective support to service business by facilitating efficient conversion of customer orders and delivery through to payment. Utilize business systems and processes to optimize operations effectiveness including monitoring and analyzing to drive business performance as well as identifying opportunities for improvement in Electrification Business Area. Reporting to Service Operations Manager and you will be based in Notting Hill, Australia

**Your responsibilities**:

- Following and upholding business process for system requirements to achieve compliance, data quality to promote business efficiency and effectiveness
- Prompt processing of customer requests and order entry to convert work orders and initiation of execution/delivery demand
- Monitoring open orders to support and facilitate optimum and prompt completion to allow billing
- Driving revenue recognition (including partial) to facilitate payment, this includes monitoring of debtors and disputes to resolve and drive prompt cash collection
- Monitoring financial performance of job execution against expected cost model plans and margin corridors to identify deviations and route causes
- Data entry to suit system requirements as well as support to service staff in achieving business demands ranging from sales activity through to execution and delivery
- Comply with health and safety directives. Model and promote safe work behaviors in all aspects of business and actively identify potential risks to support mitigation and improvement

**Your background**:

- Diploma / Certificate in Business Administration
- Strong SAP knowledge and intermediate knowledge on MS Office and MS Outlook
- Basic finance knowledge and commercial aspects of business
- Keen knowledge of financial reporting with ability to track project costs vs plans
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and high attention to detail
- Strong attention to detail, highly flexible and demonstrable problem-solving skills.
- Passion for safety, health and environment and for quality of work
- Open to change and innovation to drive improvement and business excellence
