Reporting into the Contracts & Sales Operations Team Leader, the new Sales Contracts Coordinator will be based at our Notting Hill head office in Victoria and enjoy flexibility, a healthy work-life balance, and have the option of hybrid working. You will support our Safety Division and play a key role in overseeing the entire lifecycle of sales contracts.

Key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy and compliance of sales contracts;
  • Keep abreast of changes in contract law and industry standards;
  • Assist in negotiating favourable contract terms with customers;
  • Maintain organised, complete, and up to date records of all contract documentation;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on smooth contract processes and optimal customer pricing;
  • Guide the Sales team with contract-related inquiries and issues;
  • Oversee the entire onboarding process for employees deployed to customer sites;
  • Liaise with customer site representatives to coordinate inductions, training, and equipment;
  • Accurately track and record onboarding activities;
  • Coordinate the completion of customer questionnaires and other documentation;
  • Collate commonly requested information and streamlined responses to aid future submissions;
  • Track and deliver documentation to meet submission deadlines;
  • Regular reporting on contract status, performance metrics, and issues;
  • Apply a compliance focused mindset across all operations, and;
  • Always ensure a safety-first approach.

The ideal candidate will be equipped with the following attributes:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or related discipline desirable but not essential;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of applications, especially Microsoft Excel;
  • Proven experience in handling contracts, preferably within a similar industry;
  • Well versed with engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels;
  • Ability to work solo and as part of a team;
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Adaptability and readiness to handle multiple, changing priorities in a fast-paced environment;
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn;
  • Exemplary understanding of compliance rules and ability to act as a role model in upholding and promoting compliance standards, and;
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, communication, organisational, task management] skills.
