**About The Opportunity**

Reporting to the Health & Wellbeing Lead, the HSW Coordinator will be required to support delivery of Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) advice and service, including injury and illness management and return-to-work (RTW), enabling positive outcomes for our people.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:
**Health, Safety and Wellbeing Culture**
- Empower leaders with the knowledge and guidance to adopt a proactive HSW mindset and lead by example in safe work practices.
- Proactively coach and guide leaders in best practice health, safety and wellbeing management.
- Partner with the P&C team to develop and deliver on health, safety and wellbeing initiatives aligned to external body, industry and Regulator events, such as RUOK? Day and National Safe Work Month.

**Injury Management, Return to Work RTW) and Workers Compensation Coordination.**
- Act as designated RTW Coordinator for TTIANZ, including triage and coordination - in support of the responsible Manager - of work and non-work-related claims / RTW activity, including implementing suitable duties plans, and active communication with relevant stakeholders.
- Administration of work-related claims / non-work cases, such as following up certificates of capacity; workers capacity checklists; requesting information from payroll; and weekly compensation reimbursements / remittance advices to / from the Insurer.

**Generalist HSW support, to TTIANZ sites**:**
- Monitor, triage and manage incidents and hazards raised, including liaison with relevant stakeholders, as required.
- Identify and coordinate efficiency opportunities and manage the prioritisation and delivery of those initiatives.
- Provide support if required in relation to Occupational Health activities coordination, such as audiometric, flu vaccinations and position-related vaccinations.

**Operational Management**
- Provide effective operational advice, support, coaching and guidance to Leaders to support the achievement of organisational goals.
- Contribute to HSW governance and reporting.
- Provide feedback on systems and processes to improve effectiveness.
