Join our Robotic team as Service Coordinator where you will be responsible for coordinating our service teams work across multiple locations, whilst ensuring we deliver a superior customer experience. ABB Robotics employs approximately 11,000 people globally, across 50 countries, and has a strong commitment to career development and progression. Reporting to National Service Manager and based in Notting Hill, you will be joining a supportive and flexible working environment.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Building and maintaining good relationships with customers and identify issues ahead of time to ensure seamless task execution by our Service Engineers
- Ensuring all HSE and Contractor Management systems, controlled by our customers via third party, are up to date, allowing our engineers to be inducted and deliver a quality service activity as required
- Controlling the asset management and schedules on going testing and calibration of our assets via our ABB Management System and responsible for our spare parts inventory management
- Providing input to the team to improve operational activities and customer service
- Supporting engineers, sales and backend teams as needed
- Working with our HSE department to enable delivery of jobs in a safe and compliant manner

**Your background**:

- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Qualifications in Lean Sigma and 5S methodologies will be highly regarded
- Demonstrate a high level of customer focus and attention to detail.
- Use of computer software - Exel, Word, Salesforce, SAP and Asset Management Tools
- Demonstrate an understanding of HSE and Compliance
- Ability to work under pressure to meet timelines and demonstrate a high level of scheduling skills of a multi-disciplinary workforce
- Strong hold on communication both written and verbal and must be an Australian resident with the right to work and must have a current Australian driver license
