**About our opportunity**:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our growing team with strong aspirations that has great potential for further development opportunities. We are seeking experienced **Project Coordinator to join our Melbourne team**

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Interpretation and interrogation of Scopes of Works, drawings.
- **Project planning**, scheduling resourcing and purchasing.
- **Program assessment and tracking**:

- **Financial tracking**, cost control, and reporting on all project works, including forecasting.
- Ensuring compliance with Health Safety Environmental and Quality Management system.
- **Manage site personnel **with adequate information, documentation, equipment, materials, safety equipment and procedures to safely, successfully, and most efficiently deliver their projects.
- **Estimating, preparation and submission **of competitive and high-quality **tenders**.
- **Liaising **and coordinating with the project management team, supervisors, site staff and customer to deliver projects to a high standard of quality.
- **Client and key stakeholder engagement**:

- Work to guidelines and internal Alliance SI **processes** of our Management Systems.
- Internal and external communications.
- Administrative project deliverables and documentation.
- Ensuring that commercial risks are mitigated / minimised in tendering and day-to-day operations.

**What you will need to have as a minimum**
- Strong leadership skills, proven ability to lead teams and to consistently deliver high quality projects.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- A high level of computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Minimum of 5 years industry experience.
- Current A grade license and ACMA License with endorsements of Structured and Fibre Optics.
- Knowledge with a project management software.
- An understanding of tendering and estimating, as well as basic accounting fundamentals.
- Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- ‘Can do’ attitude.
- Effective communication skills - verbal and written.
- Financial aptitude.

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
