**Your new company**

Based in Southbank, this start up organisation is seeking an experienced recruitment consultant. On the back of a successful first year, they are growing fast and looking to expand their team.

**Your new role**

Recruitment is your sole focus. Working in a standalone role, you will focus on the recruitment of hospitality workers across Australia. You will source new clients as well as managing a portfolio of existing ones and look to build relationships to generate further requirements to fill. You will engage with talent partners from overseas to attract talent from them countries too.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- You must have minimum 2 years experience recruiting hospitality workers.
- Be a results driven individual
- Proven Business Development skills
- Confident in your own ability to perform autonomously in a recruitment role
