About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for managing key client accounts and delivering tailored recruitment solutions. A core focus of your role will be building strong relationships with both clients and candidates - ensuring daily workforce needs are met while continually sourcing new talent to maintain a robust candidate pool.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct candidate interviews and onboarding, including induction programs
- Manage staff performance and provide training as needed
- Attend client stakeholder meetings and maintain strong client engagement
- Champion safety initiatives and promote a proactive safety culture
- Ensure compliance with established processes and guidelines
