Your new role
The Recruitment Consultant is responsible for delivering high quality, end to end recruitment for roles within the aligned Business Unit/s. Providing Professional Support and guidance to Stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong recruitment experience in a high-volume environment (30-40 roles)
- Proven experience and results in an in-house or RPO environment
- Demonstrated ability to develop trusted partnerships across all levels of the business
- Confident in managing stakeholders and influences throughout a recruitment process
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Strong organisational skills with the juggle multiple priorities and deliver to required timescales What you'll get in return
