We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our Melbourne team. Predominately a sales role, this position is focused on identifying and developing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the market.

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our Melbourne team. Predominately a sales role, this position is focused on identifying and developing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the market.

As a Recruitment Consultant in our Melbourne office, you will specialize in the recruitment of permanent professional services roles including Administrators, Customer Service, HR professionals, Accounts and Finance to name a few. You don't necessarily need experience as a Recruiter to be successful, bring your competitive nature, desire to succeed and natural sales flair and we can teach you the rest.

So, whether you're looking for a career change and have the ability to connect with people, the next step in your recruitment career or want exposure to a broader range of clients and complex business needs we want to hear from you.

**What will you be doing?**
- Developing new business opportunities in your defined industry area
- Developing new and existing client relationships through client meetings and networking
- Negotiating job offers
- Meeting agreed KPI activity and revenue targets

**To be successful in this role you will possess**:

- Experience working within a Recruitment environment (ie. Recruitment Consultant, Talent Acquisition, Senior Recruitment Consultant) or;
- Minimum of 2-3 years within a professional client focussed/business development role (i.e., Travel Industry, Insurance agent etc.)
- Experience working in a professional environment, meeting deadlines, working towards KPI's
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A desire and competitive drive to meet and exceed targets and KPI's
