Our client is a large logistics operation who provides the best retail display solutions, who are seeking an experienced Part-time Assistant Freight Coordinator based in Knoxfield.

**About the role**: This role is being offered in Part
- Time flexible hours. Overseeing all aspects of supply chain management, ensuring the flow of raw materials and final products from suppliers to retailers and customers. Analyzing processes and finding efficiencies while monitoring shipments, deliveries, timelines, and costs.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Retrieving data as requested
- Maintaining and updating the database system as necessary
- Constant communication with freight firms to schedule freight
- Use of freight booking systems to schedule deliveries, pick-ups, and transportation
- Assist the warehouse manager with administrative tasks
- Handling high volumes of manual data entry

**What you'll need to be successful**:

- Proficient typing and transcription.
- Computer and technical skills (including software knowledge)
- Organizational and time management abilities.
- Administrative skills.
- Communication (written and verbal)
- Customer service skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Multi-tasking
