**Description**:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Product Development Coordinator to join our Design team at M.J. Bale. This full-time position plays a pivotal role in the design team, contributing to the development of innovative and high-quality products. The Product Development Coordinator works alongside and reports into the Product Development Manager in creating new products or improving existing products.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Creating Tech Packs
- Measuring protos and attending fits
- Creating seasonal product cracker at the beginning of each season

Creating and supporting the PDM with updating costing sheets
Creating and updating AP21 for style set up
Working with swatches and samples

**We want to hear from individuals who have**:

- 2 years’ experience in menswear product development area
- Casual wear or Tailoring experience in menswear, preferably a vertical background
- AP21 experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Taking initiative whilst being action oriented and ability to work under tight time frames
- Driven and can work in a fast-paced environment
