- Creating and maintaining technical packs, size specifications, construction details, and material call-outs.
- Collaborating closely with Design to translate creative concepts into technically feasible products.
- Working with suppliers and factories to review samples, troubleshoot issues, and drive improvements in quality, fit, and efficiency.
- Conducting garment fit sessions, measuring garments, and analysing performance against specifications.
- Monitoring production timelines, managing critical paths, and ensuring delivery deadlines are met.
- Staying up-to-date with innovations in garment technology, fabric development, and manufacturing processes to inform product improvements.
- Using data and customer feedback to inform technical decisions and continuous product improvement.
What you'll Bring
- Proven experience in garment development, technical design, or a related role within fashion - preferably with streetwear or similar.
- Deep understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and production processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot fit, quality, and technical issues.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills to manage multiple lines and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with designers, suppliers, and production teams.
- Passion for fashion, technical excellence, and delivering products that meet both design vision and customer expectations.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach, with the resilience and drive to see products through from concept to final delivery.
Who You Are
- A technically skilled and curious professional with a love for creating garments that look, feel, and perform exceptionally.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, balancing precision with creativity, and are motivated by seeing ideas brought to life.
