We’re on the hunt for a Production Coordinator for our General Pants Co. and Surfstitch brands - someone who is just as passionate about delivering an exceptional end-to-end experience for our customer as we are.

Reporting to the Creative Director, you’ll help support the wider Customer teams to deliver our go-to-market strategy across key markets and channels. You’ll have your finger on the pulse, be a high collaborator with exceptional relationship building skills and be driven by achieving best-in-class on-brand executions.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Manage end-to end production timelines and deliverables for campaigns through to BAU, from initial scope through to bookings and coordination of on-site production
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure production deadlines are met on time and in full, including the delivery on final content
- Build libraries of production resources across all content creation requirements from hair, make up, photographers, talent agencies, location scouts, studios and everything in between, ensuring commercial outcomes for the brands
- Take creative briefs and feedback and be able to translate across multiple providers to ensure the accurate delivery of content to spec and in line with brand standards
- Coordinate cross functional teams and external production teams to deliver on brand briefs through to final content
- Managing all production schedules in an efficient and positive was to ensure a consistent workflow and timely delivery of jobs against deadlines
- Drive a unique point of difference across multiple brands through interpreting briefs in a manner befitting the brand and ensuring delivery of content in line with this
- Actively contribute to the planning of wider teams forthcoming schedules with insights, lead times and other relevant information to manage against production timelines
- Making proactive suggestions to achieve long-term strategic objectives for the business to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of the industry

**ABOUT YOU**
- In-depth understanding of the customer engagement and brand strategy, with the ability to shape thinking and bring to the table to deliver the brand to our consumer in unique and relevant ways
- Proven track record in managing healthy key stakeholder and external partner relationships
- Proven track record in strategically negotiating costs to deliver on strategic objectives
- Experience in managing competing deadlines and priorities to deliver on time in full
- A strong multi-tasker who can work on several different productions simultaneously across pre
- and post-production
- Self-motivativated and proactive in ensuring content remains relevant and timely
- Proven experience in driving best-in-class brand health out in market with existing and new partners
- Courage and curiosity to challenge the status quo and actively seek feedback
- Intermediate Adobe Suite is considered beneficial
- An existing network of freelance resources with production and editing capabilities is considered beneficial
- A background knowledge, or interest, in the fashion industry is considered beneficial
- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience working in Production or Agency experience
- Sydney based
