**Description**:
The Product Development Coordinator at M.J. Bale will play a key role in driving the development and execution of the company's product strategy. This position involves working closely with various teams to ensure the successful creation, production, and delivery of high-quality products to meet customer demand and brand standards. Responsibilities include:

- Collaborating with design, merchandising, and production teams to understand product requirements and timelines
- Managing the product development process from concept through to commercialization
- Conducting research on market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor products to identify opportunities for new product development
- Coordinating sample development, fittings, and quality control processes
- Communicating regularly with suppliers and manufacturers to monitor production progress and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintaining accurate records of product specifications, developments, and approvals
- Supporting cross-functional teams in sales, marketing, and retail operations by providing product information and training as needed

To excel in this position, you'll need to have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You should also demonstrate a passion for menswear fashion and a deep understanding of the industry's trends and customer preferences. You'll also ideally have:

- Product development experience in the fashion industry
- Strong understanding of garment construction and fabric properties
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and product lifecycle management (PLM) software
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Knowledge of current market trends and consumer preferences in menswear
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
