We are currently searching for a Senior Women's Product Developer to join the team based in our beautiful head office in Alexandria. This role is permanent and full time.

To be successful in this role, you will bring over 6 years of proven experience in product development with strong technical expertise in fabric selection, garment construction, and managing the full product lifecycle. Responsibilities
- Lead the development of our Women's core collection of essential wardrobe pieces, from concept to final production.
- Collaborate with our design team to ensure each product aligns with Assembly Label's clean, minimalist aesthetic and commitment to quality.
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, including material selection, technical specifications, fit testing, and garment construction.
- Work closely with suppliers and manufacturing partners to ensure high production standards, on-time delivery, and cost-effective solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior product developers and collaborate across teams, including design, merchandising, and supply chain.
Bonus Points
- Experience with knitwear and woven categories such as dresses and basics.
- Prior leadership or mentoring experience.
