**How you will make an impact**:

- Costing and invoicing of all repair orders, raising purchase orders to approved suppliers, processing external supplier invoices
- Pre-planning and scheduling all repair orders (ROs) to ensure delivery expectations are met and reduced storage time
- Coordinating vehicle builds by accurately converting build sheets and ROs
- Coordinating internal work with the workshop; tint and detailing
- Maintaining vehicle tracker as vehicles progress through the build process
- Processing and updating all incoming new vehicle arrivals

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
**What we're looking for**:

- Current WA Manual Driver's License
- 5+ years in administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously within documented processes and procedures
- Effective organisational and time management skills
- Automotive industry experience desirable
