**About the Role**

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for the overall administrative success of major loss and specialty projects. You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and have the chance to make a real impact on the industry.

**Key activities (include but are not limited to the following)**:

- Consistent and accurate administration and project coordination of allocated jobs under the direction and guidance of a project manager/senior project manager.
- Organisation, schedule updates, and budget updates of allocated project working with key stake holders, supervisors, contractors, and suppliers.
- Cost management and cost control of all contractor and supplier invoices.
- Strong focus on client service level requirements and delivery time frames.
- Liaising with all internal and external stakeholders ensuring efficient communication and regular updates.
- Promoting a safe and WHS compliant workplace.

**Desired Skills and Qualifications**
- Experience in residential or commercial construction project management
- Experience with Procore or other construction project management software.
- Thorough understanding of the construction process, methodology, critical inspection, required statutory compliance and WHS compliance.
- Understanding of relevant Building codes, Australian standards, and State legislation
- Track record of establishing and maintaining long term relationships/accounts
