**About the role**

Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be instrumental in shaping the procurement function of GMHBA by designing the operating model, developing a robust procurement and contract management framework, and establishing associated policies and processes. This strategic role requires a dynamic and experienced procurement leader with a proven track record in strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and the ability to build and implement effective procurement structures from the ground up.

This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a results-driven procurement professional to spearhead the development and implementation of a strategic procurement function within a dynamic organization.

**About you**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CIPS) is a plus, or by equivalent experience
- Proven experience in a leadership role within procurement, strategic sourcing, and contract management.
- Proven experience in successfully leading procurement processes, implementing cost-saving initiatives, and managing supplier relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, market trends, and legal requirements.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence change.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools.

Highly desirable
- Understanding of PHI and PHI industry regulation
