Job Description:

As a pivotal figure in the construction sector, this role involves leading the charge in identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to drive growth.

This position requires collaboration with sales and marketing teams to achieve targets and drive business success. Embodying the company's core values in every aspect of work is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key industry sectors (civil, construction Tier 1 & 2, utilities, infrastructure).
  • Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Act as a key point of contact for major projects, tenders, and supplier agreements.
  • Resolve issues promptly, working with internal teams to ensure high service levels.
  • Develop and execute a region sales plan aligned to regional and state growth goals.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics, ensuring visibility on progress to targets.
  • Conduct quarterly reviews with top-tier customers to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with customers at all levels—site, procurement, and head office.
  • Generate leads and drive new business, keeping abreast of industry trends, competition, and market conditions.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Preferred experience selling to the construction industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using CRM (Salesforce).
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong and influential relationships.
  • Good commercial awareness with a passion and drive to succeed.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of results.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and familiar with remote working conditions.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
