**About the opportunity**:
The Head of Business Operations, National Programs for Advisory Care & Partnerships (AC&P) is a **permanent, full-time role based in any of our offices nationwide**.** This key leadership position involves managing a diverse team to support the effective delivery of advisory care programs, particularly focusing on Dementia Support Australia (DSA) programs. The role encompasses logistics, training, technology, project management, and procurement support, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and driving efficiencies to free up time for consultants and team leaders to focus on care delivery. The Head of Business Operations will work closely with stakeholders across HammondCare, including technology, finance, and marketing teams, to ensure successful program execution and raise the profile of DSA initiatives. Key responsibilities include overseeing event planning, sponsorship management, project support, process improvement, and developing training initiatives. The role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage a diverse team, and a deep commitment to HammondCare’s mission and values.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- In line with DSA program objectives, lead the strategic planning around events/ expos to drive the awareness and profile of DSA programs across the country. This will be done in consultation with the marketing team and the AC&P leadership team.
- Lead the planning and successful delivery of sponsorships for the benefit of DSA program objectives
- Lead the support team to oversee, coordinate travel and logistics, brokerage and property/ lease management for all DSA programs
- Identify and lead process improvement across all logistics and service support functions across AC&P
- Oversee project management support for AC&P including but not limited to technology related initiatives relevant to AC&P
- Oversee development of Healthcloud roadmap and ongoing maintenance/ management of Healthcloud Phase 1
- Oversee the learning/ training/ orientation programs and initiatives that support AC&P, including but not limited to, identifying gaps in skills/ capability and developing/ delivering programs to lift the knowledge/ quality of advice provided by consultants (in line with the CMF)
- In collaboration with QSR, oversee the audit program, to maintain/ uplift a culture of continuous improvement
- Identify and support HSW improvement opportunities for AC&P, working closely with the relevant People team members
- Manage expenditure related to property, brokerage, and travel costs on behalf of AC&P
- Strongly aligned to HammondCare’s mission and motivation, maintain and build a team culture that is consistent with our mission in action
- Proactively manage risks associated with travel, logistics and property management

- Broad business experience with experience in cyclical business activities and operating rhythms
- Experience in program management, strategic planning processes and effective governance
- Highly organised, effective planner and strong attention to detail
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- A capability to take responsibility and ownership of decisions and change management
- Communicate in an intentional, clear and open manner
- The ability to plan, problem solve and achieve measurable outcomes with their GM and Heads of Function
- A sense of calm and business as usual approach and the ability to think ahead
- Open to interstate travel
