**Description**

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time permanent Head of Digital Strategy position This is a newly created role leading group-wide digital strategy, digital experience design and funnel optimization.

The Head of Digital is responsible for the development and management of RACQ’s group digital strategy and roadmap designed to deepen our relationship with members; achieve channel shift to digital; and identify solutions to digitalize to deliver against RACQ’s business and commercial objectives.

About the role
- The role will lead a team of experts in digital strategy, experience design, UX and funnel optimization and collaborate widely across the Group to understand RACQ’s broader strategies and ensure RACQ’s digital channel experience remains highly relevant
- Oversee strategies to align to the RACQ’s Group Strategy and enable the realization of RACQ’s digital aspirations
- Oversee recommendations that are based on thorough understanding of RACQ’s members and the market including ongoing assessment of trends, developments in technology, risks, and opportunities for the Group.
- Develop internal digital consulting services to all areas of the Group.
- Collaborate across business to ensure alignment and collective objectives are understood and met.
- Own the digital maturity matrix for RACQ which identifies opportunities for digital channel shift or digitization to prioritize investment.
- Undertake financial analysis in respect to the current and proposed strategies and digital initiatives, to be able to consider and advise on the financial efficacy of such proposed strategies.

About You
- Minimum of University degree in relevant study area including Business, Digital Technologies, or other related disciplines.
- 7-10 years relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience in Digital and Business Strategy
- Comprehensive understanding digital landscape, digital trends, and industry knowledge
- Proven stakeholder management skills at senior level, cross-functionally, direct report and external teams
- Ability to influence change at senior levels.
- Excellent analytical, organization and prioritization skills required
- Ability to interrogate and clarify key required information relating to business performance and digital initiatives.
- Previous experience leading digital change/transformation programs.
