**The Role**

You will be the first point of contact for prospective merchants. You will need to understand and empathise with their diverse needs and focus on how IntelPay can best support them. This role offers significant flexibility and the chance to work closely with a flat organisational team where your contributions are recognised and rewarded. As a rapidly growing company with a flat structure, your achievements will be directly acknowledged by the Directors and owners, providing a career progression path with opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Product Knowledge**:Stay informed with IntelPay’s products and understand how they can help Australian merchants grow their businesses.
- **Lead Qualification**: Assess and prioritise leads using a structured framework.
- **Value Proposition**: Create compelling presentations and handle objections with resilience and a positive attitude.
- **Market Research and Adapt**: Stay current with industry trends and adapt your approach to meet the diverse needs of potential merchants.
- **Goal Achievement**: Meet and exceed business development goals while maintaining accurate sales data using IntelPay’s CRM software.
- **Represent**: Serve as a representative of IntelPay, maintaining a professional presence and advocating for the company across local and national Australian markets.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $144,400.71 per year
