We're looking for a motivated and curious Junior Business Development Manager to join our team and work directly under the Director to help drive growth in the SMB space. If you're someone who enjoys building relationships, learning fast, and making a real impact—this could be the perfect role for you.

What You'll Be Doing- Support the Director in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Help develop strategies to attract new clients and grow our customer base.
- Assist in setting up and managing the Sales CRM system to keep everything organized.
- Track and update the sales pipeline, making sure we're on top of leads and opportunities.
- Help prepare reports on performance, pipeline status, and key metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing to run lead generation campaigns that actually work.
- Build relationships with potential clients and stakeholders—real conversations, not hard sells.
- Conduct market research to spot trends and opportunities.
- Help prepare presentations and proposals for client meetings.
- Sit in on negotiations and learn how deals get done.
- Keep the Director and senior team updated on progress and ideas.
- Pitch in on other projects when needed—we're a team, after all.
- Some experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (MSP or IT services is a bonus).
- A genuine interest in helping SMBs succeed through technology.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A willingness to learn and grow—this role is all about development.
- Comfortable with CRM tools and basic reporting (we'll show you the ropes).
- A team-first attitude and a bit of initiative.
- You'll work directly with the Director and learn from experienced leaders.
