An exceptional opportunity awaits an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to one of our entrepreneurial Directors.

This is a hands-on, diverse position where no two days are the same. You'll work across multiple businesses spanning various industries—requiring agility, initiative, and the ability to manage competing priorities with ease.

Your ability to anticipate needs, maintain momentum, and operate with discretion will make you an invaluable partner to the Director and a key point of contact across several projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendar, email correspondence, and day-to-day communications
  • Arrange and confirm appointments and meetings
  • Greet visitors and coordinate refreshments
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation
  • Conduct research and prepare documentation as required
  • Process invoices and expenses
  • Provide general administrative support and handle ad-hoc tasks to assist the Director

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to prioritise, multitask and work independently
  • Absolute discretion and professionalism at all times
