Purpose of role
- The individual will play a vital role in helping to ensure our products within the Tax and Accounting division meet customer needs and succeed in the market.
Key areas of responsibility:
End-to-End GTM Support: Assist the Senior Commercial Manager in working with the broader business to develop and execute go-to-market plans that effectively align internal stakeholders, operational processes, products, channels, and partners to deliver a value driven customer experience. Acquire detailed knowledge of customer segments and product lines, including competitive positioning and competitor analysis. Help gather and organize information for business cases.-
Sales and Marketing Support: Aid in creating and updating value propositions, product playbooks, and ideal customer profiles. Support sales and marketing teams to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth, ensuring our products are well-positioned for market success.-
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, technology, operations, product and finance teams under the guidance of the Senior Commercial Manager. Assist in coordinating projects to ensure alignment with business objectives, fostering a unified approach to achieving our brand promise.-
Communication: Assist in preparing and organizing communications related to go-to-market activities, ensuring that information is clear and timely for all stakeholders, and supporting seamless collaboration and alignment across teams.-
Product data maintenance: Help maintain and update product information (for example pricing and packaging) to ensure accuracy and relevance, contributing to the overall success of our products in the market.About You:
- A foundational knowledge of go-to-market principles and processes, including the ability to support the creation and execution of go-to-market plans.-
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders such as sales, marketing, technology, operations, and finance to support project goals and business objectives.-
- Proficiency in both written and verbal communication, with the ability to prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and other documents.-
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, with strong organizational skills to ensure effective project coordination and execution.-
- Basic analytical skills to help support decision-making processes, including gathering and organizing relevant data and insights.- Our Values
