**About the role**:
We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and proactive Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and is ready to contribute across a wide range of marketing activities. If you're a creative thinker with a flair for communication, excellent organisational skills, and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Campaign support and execution: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and business goals.
- Content creation and copywriting: Write clear, engaging copy for digital channels, print materials, EDMs, social posts, and internal communications.
- Social Media management: Maintain the social media calendar and schedule posts.
- Stakeholder engagement: Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to gather content, manage approvals, and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Design support: Use tools like Canva to create branded graphics for social media, and internal campaigns.
- Digital Marketing Support: Collaborate on digital marketing initiatives such as eDM campaigns and website updates.
- Project Management: Keep marketing initiatives on schedule and ensure deadlines are met. Help manage asset libraries, campaign trackers, and content calendars.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain team documentation, and coordinate marketing related orders and logistics.
- Strong project management and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a creative mindset
- A team player with a proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude
- Prior experience working in a healthcare related marketing role is highly regarded
