**The Opportunity**
- Manage & monitor the SA Tender inbox, and all tender portals ensuring company information is up to date.
- Administer and support the bid process for all key milestones including scheduling key meetings, sourcing Arup content, ensuring compliance to bid process and document management
- Provide document set-up, formatting and production support for various bid deliverables (word & powerpoint).
- Assist with post-bid activities, including feedback collection and document filing.
- Support and update Arup’s Microsoft dynamics CRM system.

Is this role right for you?
- Strong organisational and process management skills.
- Initiative, problem-solving ability, and ownership of tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Previous experience in a bid environment, ideally within construction, engineering, or design.
