**About the role**

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Technical Writer who can help us create an easy to understand and seamless user experience. You are able to craft and deploy Lumary's support documentation for customers and other departments, as we change and improve our products and services. You continuously monitor the output from our project teams to ensure that changes to our products and the industry are captured and explained in a simple and accessible way.

**You Have Experience In**:

- Copywriting and writing informational / communications material.
- Communicating complex information in a clear and concise way
- Translating highly technical information into easily understandable content for any audience
- Working collaboratively with your team to achieve the desired outcomes
- having a conscientious approach to work including being organised, efficient and precise
- Problem solving through critical thinking and are able to communicate with colleagues to highlight any roadblocks you face
