Project Officer, Asset Data, Homes Victoria

THE ROLE

- Able to work with complex property-related data issues and develop practical and creative solutions in a fast paced and flexible environment
The Project Officer is responsible for the maintenance and updating of the department's corporate system (HiiP) with accurate housing property data and information. The role involves reviewing update requests for accuracy and advise stakeholders in use of the data collection and request templates.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE

- Review property data change or update requests and implement using relevant system tools and software.
- Maintain property data records and change logs including the development of work-related performance reports.
- Provide practical guidance to divisional staff on property data related matters.
