THE ROLE

At Homes Victoria our vision is more and better homes for more Victorians. But this is so much more than bricks and mortar. We are passionate about creating great places to live and delivering great services for our renters and the community. The Project Officer contributes to the upgrades teams' management and delivery of public housing upgrade and maintenance projects by supporting the Principal Project Manager and assisting project managers with procurement, reporting,  administration and office management to run a large volume of building Industry contracts.

ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE

  • Support the full life cycle of projects to meet departmental objectives including project development and delivery, monitoring and evaluation.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of reports, ministerial briefs, cabinet and agency submissions.
  • Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders to facilitate a partnership approach.
