**About the Role**

The IT System Support Officer is also required to provide on-call and technical after hours support on a rostered basis.

**About You**

You bring to this position significant demonstrated experience in an IT Service Desk or Technical Support role, and you are a team player who thrives in a busy service desk environment. You are certified and experienced in Microsoft and Cisco technologies as well as having extensive exposure with supporting MS 365, Windows Server, Exchange Online, SCCM and MS Intune.

You are self-motivated, able to work with limited supervision, pride yourself in your customer service abilities, have a continuous improvement mindset, and are a team player.

In addition you will also have:

- Current NSW Driver's Licence
- Demonstrated significant experience in supporting core Corporate Systems, LAN/WAN platforms, Audio Video Conferencing in a medium to large organisation
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment where using initiative to prioritise work is required
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical information/advice to a non-technical audience
- Covid-19 vaccinated

Please note, this position is not an entry level IT Support role.

Your commencing salary will be in the range** $81,618 - $90,301 + superannuation**, dependent upon relevant experience, skills, training and education.
