**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with **Front Office, Middle Office, Risk, Back Office, and IT teams**.
- Troubleshoot issues, manage incidents, and coordinate fixes with vendors or internal IT.
- Support system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new functionalities.
- Document processes, create manuals, and provide training to users.
- Assist with **regulatory and compliance reporting** as required.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of **trading lifecycle** and risk workflows.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of **financial instruments, derivatives, or commodities** is a plus.
- Exposure to SQL, VBA, or similar tools is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $136,000.00 - $156,000.00 per year
