We’re currently hiring for:
**Receptionist**
As our Receptionist, you’ll be the welcoming face of New Town Toyota. You’ll create a warm, professional environment for every customer who walks through our doors and ensure their experience starts off on the right foot.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Answer and direct inbound calls, assisting where possible
- Greet and guide customers to the appropriate department or team member
- Record and action customer enquiries via phone, web, and walk-ins
- Monitor the enquiries inbox and respond promptly
- Offer refreshments and maintain a clean, stocked customer lounge and reception area
**Bookings Clerk**
As our Bookings Clerk, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers booking their vehicle services. You’ll manage inbound calls and online enquiries, helping customers find the right service solutions with ease and professionalism.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound service-related calls and guide customers toward bookings where relevant
- Respond to FAQs and minor service concerns confidently
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional services or products
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems
These are both permanent full-time roles.
