**Description**:
As the Office Administrator, you will work closely with the AssetProjects CEO, management team, supervisors and project coordinators. The key focus of the role is to enable the team to drive projects to successful completion. The projects range from Capital works through to minor refurbishments within the Aged Care/Retirement Living Sectors.
The role is located in our Head Office in Gladesville, Sydney with on site parking. Flexible working arrangements.
**What you will be doing**:
Work closely with the management team, Project Managers and Project Supervisors to ensure the efficient and effective administration of all projects
Assist with administrative duties, including organising Microsoft Teams meetings and ensuring all equipment is functional for meetings
**Provide support in daily administration**: raise and track purchase orders, assist with sale quotes/sales orders via Microsoft Navision (NAV)
Follow up invoices
Set up vendors
Complete regular inputs into Business Central, track, trend and report
Regular phone and e mail communication with all stakeholders eg suppliers, contractors, the internal team and clients
Manage travel and events
Assist with collation and development of documents and reports to support daily business operations
**Skills and Experiences**:
You will have
To be successful in this role, you will have previously worked in a role providing administration support and you will have the following skills:
- High attention to detail and excellent organisation skills, with a flexible approach to work
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar administration role - ideal
- Financial acumen and prior experience with Purchase Orders, invoicing, vendor set up - ideal
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Word and the ability to learn industry specific systems and processes
- Prior Experience using Business Central - preferred but not essential
- Professional telephone communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- High level of communication skills allowing you to interact with a range of stakeholders - internally and external to the business.
- A self
- starter who has the capacity to maintain a busy workload and understands how to prioritise tasks
- Be a practical 'hands on' person with a collaborative approach
- Ability to build rapport with an open and helpful persona
