Job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Team Assistant to provide support to our office.

You will get involved in the coordination of all aspects of office administration, front of house, marketing and team communication. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your customer service and administration skills in this varied and valued role.

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide professional communication to clients & team to ensure a positive experience with every point of contact.
  • Coordinate all admin duties and correspondence within the office;
  • Assist with preparing and editing various documents.
  • All round assistance to our sales team, property management team and general office management.
  • Greet and communicate with external clients.
  • Assist with accounts, upkeep of office, answering incoming calls.

To be successful in this highly critical role, you will ideally demonstrate:

  • Great energy and a can-do attitude and being willing to learn
  • Professional communication both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Have an energetic and enthusiastic personality and be looking for diversity in a role
  • Corporate, professional presentation
