**ABOUT US & THE ROLE**
fix2U is Australia’s only nationwide on-demand phone and tablet repair service that travels to customer locations and performs a repair on the spot. Our pace of growth is steep, and we are proud to be across the country.
As Administration Hero, you are responsible for ensuring our headquarters is running like a well oiled machine. We need your organisation skills and excellent attention to detail to make sure we are running smoothly and with efficiency.
No two days will be the same in our fast paced environment. Because of this, and the pace of our growth, we’re looking for someone hungry to make the role their own and to shape it into their dream position. We are looking for someone to fill the role full time but we are open to a part time arrangement for the right person.
**Sample of duties**:
- Managing our parts stock including receiving and dispatching parts
- Records management ensuring the info we need is always on hand
- Keeping our work space squeaky clean and super organised
- Creating and maintaining really strong relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders
**ABOUT YOU**
No need for experience - we are looking for someone to become an administrative superstar if not already there
We are looking for someone who meets the following:
- A go-getter with drive, someone who constantly looks for better ways of doing things.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A lover of learning - as we continue to grow, we expect the role to as well, so we need someone who gets a kick out of learning new things.
- Good computer skills and ability to pick up systems quickly.
- Strong organisation skills and outstanding attention to detail.
- Proactive and positive with a sense of fun.
- Is ready to go with Australian work rights.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $63,958.66 per year
