**Your new company**
- A Program Manager is required to join a leading NSW State Government organisation to spearhead a multi-year Digital Modernisation Program. The primary objective of the Digital Modernisation programme is to establish modern, agile, digital capabilities and systems that enable the organisation to deliver customer-centric services and responsive regulatory oversight.
- This rare opportunity suits a senior career Program Manager that has prior experience in establishing and end-to-end management of complex whole of organisation Digital Transformation programs, working with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers, and within an EPMO and governance committee (senior executives) environment.
- This role would enable you to work from both the office and from home with the expectation that you would be on site 2-3 days a week, you will be based in Sydney CBD.

**Your new role**
- As Program Manager you will be responsible for establishing the Digital Modernisation Program, program delivery strategies, program team and supporting structures and provide end-to-end program management to achieve program objectives. The Programme Manager will have responsibility for the delivery aspects of the programme on a day-to-day basis.
- You will establish and manage overall program delivery and align work efforts to achieve the programme outcomes
- You will provide technical expertise in the planning, execution, and leadership of the program and projects
- You will develop, implement, and manage the program roadmap and ensure cross inter and intra program-dependencies are clearly defined and managed

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role, the Program Manager will:

- Have demonstrable end-to-end digital transformation program management experience across a whole organisation, including the establishment of program structures to initiate the program.
- Have in-depth experience on the establishment of program management structures to ensure effective governance and enable a healthy delivery rhythm
- Have a strong understanding of operating models, service design and business operations with an understanding of how program capabilities transition into services / operations
- Have experience in the implementation of operating models and services to support a digital transformation
- Have very strong stakeholder engagement, team building and communication skills be able to tightly manage a complex set of streams to deliver to the required dates
- Be able to work with ambiguity and adapt to change
