**About the role**
Seeking a delivery leader to lead the delivery of Enterprise Service Management and Enterprise Monitoring and Reporting maturity uplift projects for a Queensland government department based in Brisbane CBD.
**Key Skills**
- Proven experience as a Project / Program Director/ Program Manager, large scale Enterprise Service Management and Enterprise Monitoring and Reporting
- Relevant tertiary or industry certifications e.g. Prince2, AGILE, ITIL
- Demonstrated vendor management experience relating to service management and enterprise monitoring tools and platforms
- Stakeholder Relationship Management
- Benefits Management & Change Management
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and undertake strategic planning to identify and mitigate risks and issues that will impact on the delivery of a key enterprise ICT solution.
- Develop and implement planning for the delivery of this key departmental initiative.
- Provide strategic advice to senior business stake holders on business solutions options, data migration strategies, service provision arrangements and ongoing support arrangements.
- Manage and deliver all related program and project management activities and products in accordance with the PRINCE2 and MSP
- Lead the development and implementation of maintenance processes for the chosen solution to ensure current and future department business requirements are delivered.
- Manage any successful vendor/s in implementing newly selected solution/s
- Implement effective change management strategies to ensure a seamless transition to the new solution.
- Provide high-level strategic advice and support on the program of work governance related matters to the Internal Portfolio Manager and the Program Board.
