**Your new role**
The Program Coordinator and Data Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that we have the right systems and processes in place for setting and tracking KPI’s, enabling us to build effective business cases that are grounded in accurate and up to date data modelling.

You will support the project team with reporting, internal communications, change management, and the development of policies and procedures to ensure the successful implementation of a new program.

You will provide a project management and governance framework to support the Project Leads and will be an integral part of enabling the new ANZ Skills Strategy to come to life. Excellent stakeholder management skills will enable you to be successful in this role.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Strong project management skills (document / timeline / risk management) and an understanding of what is required to establish effective program governance.
- Proven experiences developing high quality project control documentation, such as - Gantt charts, risk/remediation plans, stakeholder engagement, communication plans, status reports, executive dashboards.
- Demonstrated advanced Spreadsheet knowledge.
- Experience with Data Sources.
