**About the Role**

As our Operations and Staffing Lead, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store. Your responsibilities will include:
**People Support**:

- Partnering with the store manager to create the weekly schedule.
- Managing daily payroll tasks and executing the flex worksheet.
- Communicating scheduling (roster) updates to the team.
- Assisting the store manager with hiring and training new employees.

**Administration**:

- Reviewing and tracking cash audits, deposit logs, and slips.
- Monitoring and reporting progress, problems, and solutions to the leadership team.
- Enforcing standard policies and procedures.

**Customer Service**:

- Supervising staff to ensure professional customer service.
- Ensuring customers are treated with the utmost respect and care.

**About You**

- Has previous retail or relevant hospitality experience.
- Is a people-person with a knack for coaching and leadership.

Pay: From $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
