Staffing Manager and Operations LeadThis is an ongoing, full-time position that offers the opportunity to contribute to the success of our team.
- Manage and support a team of staff in day-to-day duties and contribute to the performance and development of each staff member within the team.
- Coordinate staffing levels to ensure effective deployment and rostering of staff across multiple facilities.
- Provide high-level advice regarding staffing numbers, team composition, and shift arrangements.
- Develop and implement necessary procedures and internal work practices to support the centralised rostering function, ensuring transparency of practice.
- Experience with Time Target or a similar rostering system is highly desirable.
- Obtaining a Working with Children Check (WWCC) may be required.
- A current driver's licence is essential for working across different locations.
- Stable employment as a member of the Victorian Public Service (VPS).
