Job Title:

Staffing Coordinator

A challenging role exists for an experienced Staffing Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.

About the Role:

This is a key position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. As a Staffing Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of projects by managing interviewer availability and capacity.

You will identify project-specific gaps and work with recruitment teams to fill location/area requirements. Additionally, you will partner with field managers to allocate interviewers to projects and areas based on availability and skills.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a current state view of interviewer availability and capacity.
  • Identify project-specific gaps and work with Recruitment to fill location/area requirements.
  • Partner with Field Managers to allocate interviewers to projects and areas based on availability and skills.
  • Lead weekly, monthly, and forward planning.
  • Provide a cross-project overlay of interviewer requirements.
  • Track hours against demand and flag potential risks or shortfalls early.
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have 3-5 years of experience in workforce planning, scheduling, or WFM for large casual workforces. You will also possess advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with rostering platforms.

A confident communicator who can influence without direct authority is essential for this role. You should thrive in a fast-moving, multi-project environment and have a continuous-improvement mindset.
