**Who we need...**
Are you our next Concierge Team Leader? Working within our luxury Residential apartment building, you will mentor the concierge team, leading by example and high standards of service.

The role will focus on delivering a quality service to the building including staffing, training, and site supervision. You will assist and cover the building manager during their absence and attend to building management, maintenance, and residents requests, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Furthermore, you will continue to undertake full Concierge duties including arranging resident move ins and move outs, liaising with contractors, and ensuring the high standard of presentation and cleanliness of the building is maintained.

To be successful, you will ideally have a minimum 6 months experience as a Concierge as well as outstanding customer service and organisational skills. Your strong work ethic and positive attitude will ensure success in this rewarding role.
