Role Overview

Join our Mercy Health Home Care Team as a Staffing Support Officer. You will support Regional Managers in workforce planning and recruitment for clinical and non-clinical staff across homecare services, ensuring a strong talent pool and workforce sustainability. This role involves using a Talent Management System to build and maintain a community of skilled professionals, streamlining recruitment, and enhancing retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in workforce planning and recruitment processes
  • Manage talent pipelines proactively
  • Utilize Talent Management Systems for candidate tracking and planning
  • Collaborate with managers and external partners to ensure staffing needs are met
Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience in workforce coordination and management
  • Experience managing talent pipelines
  • Proficiency with Talent Management Systems or HR technology
Requirements
  • Evidence of or in the process of obtaining NDIS Worker Screening check
  • Current driver's license
