**About the Role**
- We are seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join our team at GMHBA Stadium. This role offers the flexibility of a 9-day fortnight or a 4-day work week, providing an excellent work-life balance while contributing to the smooth operation of one of Australia's premier sporting and event venues.
- As a Staffing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective staffing of food & beverage outlets across the venue. Working closely with management, this role ensures all shifts from F&B attendants, baristas to logistics are filled to an optimal schedule for peak performance.
- Key responsibilities include:_
- Collaborate with various departments within GMHBA Stadium to meet operational needs.
- Communicate effectively with staff and management to resolve scheduling conflicts and issues.
- Coordinate and manage staffing schedules for events, ensuring sufficient coverage for all shifts.
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance management in collaboration with HR and management teams.
- Maintain accurate staffing records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor staff attendance and performance and implement solutions for improvements where necessary.
- Manage and maintain employee records in our workforce management software including onboarding, rostering and reporting.

With a strong background in staffing or scheduling, you thrive in dynamic environments and are adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills allow you to engage with a diverse range of people, from staff members to senior management, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.

- Strong computer skills with experience in using a workforce management software.
- A flexible and proactive approach to problem-solving.
