We are looking for a Lead Gen Specialist to help create, run and manage Paid Search campaigns for our leading Property Investment Company.
To be successful in this role, you must have some prior experience designing lead generation campaigns and practical knowledge of SEO and target market research.
Working towards attracting property investors using all social media platforms to create an attractive opportunity for property investors developing an integrated conversion funnel.
**The primary responsibilities of this role include**:
- Developing and launching various ad campaigns (Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc.)
- Monitoring campaign performance and ad budget spend
- Setting up Remarketing/Retargeting Ads
- Ads Design
**You must also be willing to participate in ongoing marketing team activities and upcoming projects, such as**:
- Maintaining our organic Social Media presence
- Website updating and SEO marketing
- Some Graphic Design & Collateral production
**About Landmark Investments**:
Landmark Investments has been a market leader for over 25 years in providing property investment strategies for our customers. We assist and educate our clients on the processes of selecting the right property, and finance package, as well as provide investment strategies to acquire multiple properties, and pay off home loans in under 7 years.
**Expected income between 70K and 100K PA depending on experience with reviews every 6 months.**
**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
