What does the
**Social Media Specialist** DO?

Some of the incredible things you’ll be doing are:

- Collaborate with wider Marketing Team to devise and deliver digital campaigns that engage, inspire and drive revenue
- Develop content plan and schedule content for all social media channels
- Brief production team routinely on engaging digital-first content (photography/video)
- Craft copy/captioning to accompany assets for all social media posts and digital social assets
- Help generate quality UGC via influencers, customers and team members
- Work closely with production team to assist in creating compelling digital content
- Continue to optimise content based on performance
- Routinely update channel branding to align with wider marketing campaigns
- Work closely with eCommerce Team and external Agencies to implement and optimise digital advertising strategy
- Use social media analytics to measure performance, making recommendations and implement changes to continue driving and improving ROI
- Manage budget, including forecasting, spend and completing regular reports on ROI.
- Continue to build an active and engaged community of brand loyalists across all social media channels
- Reply to all relevant customer comments across social media channels
- Support or brief Customer Experience Team on guidelines for managing specific customer/product enquiries where necessary

**Some of what we’re looking for you to SHARE includes**:

- 3-5 years’ experience in an in-house social media management role (preferably for an eCommerce/retail brand)
- Solid understanding of social media strategy, best practice in platforms, scheduling tools and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
- Experience driving growth across all social media channels and managing engagement across a large audience
- Commercially-minded, understanding what drives revenue just as much as engagement
- Strong copywriting skills and ability to help generate creative, innovative and world-class commercial content
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative suite to help deliver social media assets.
